Finally MTVC005 (Stephan Hoellermann – The Hum) is ready for the distributor: This will finally see its releases in January 2011, shortly followed by another release, done by Discjackson.

I already receive first positive reactions for MTVC005 without really doing any promotion yet. Hopefully this indicates another landmark in the young Motivic discography. The first Motivic releases (1-4) go really well and I think we are able to grow slowly and steadily. This development will led to our first Vinyl release in 2011 (I hope so)

I am really happy about the decision to go the label-way. This is hard work, especially in the beginning and with the ambition to get heard. Within the last months I lost my focus several times between label & my own music.

Now after the first months (8 months exactly) it gives me, and a handful of artists the freedom and the safety to have a platform for music we love. I think the style of Motivic gets more and more distinctive with every release. MTVC005/006/007 will give a good picture of our future-direction.
